3. Categories of Cookies We Use
The Cookies we use fall into one or more of the following categories, in each case to the extent applicable:

Advertising, Marketing, and Targeting Cookies
These Cookies are used to deliver, measure, and personalise marketing and promotional communications, including by tracking your activity across the Platform and, in certain cases, across other websites and applications. They may be set by us or by third-party advertising and marketing service providers. Where required by applicable law, these Cookies will be set only with your consent.
Third-Party Cookies
Certain Cookies on the Platform are set by third parties for purposes including analytics, advertising, content delivery, security, fraud prevention, and integration of third-party services. The use of personal data by such third parties is governed by their respective privacy and cookie policies, and we are not responsible for such third-party practices. 4. Legal Basis for the Use of Cookies
We use Cookies on one or more of the following legal bases, in each case as applicable to the category of Cookie and the jurisdiction in which you are located:

5. How You Can Manage and Control Cookies
You may manage your Cookie preferences in one or more of the following ways, in each case to the extent applicable:
- Cookie-management mechanism on the Platform: where required by applicable law, we provide a mechanism through which you may accept, reject, or selectively manage non-essential Cookies. You may change your preferences at any time through such mechanism;

The procedures vary depending on your browser or device. You may consult the help documentation of your browser or device for further information;

Refusing, deleting, or restricting non-essential Cookies will not prevent you from accessing the Platform, but may impair the functionality, performance, or personalisation of the Platform. Refusing strictly necessary Cookies may render the Platform inoperable. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your decision to refuse, delete, or restrict Cookies.
6. Cross-Border Transfers
Information collected through Cookies may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in jurisdictions outside the country in which you are located, including jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. In particular, information may be transferred between the United Kingdom (where FindMyCourse Ltd operates the Platform) and India (where our affiliate provides technology and operational support). Where required by applicable law, we will implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
7. External Links and Third-Party Websites
The Platform may contain links to, or integrations with, websites, applications, and services operated by third parties. Such third-party websites and services may use Cookies, tracking technologies, and other practices that are not covered by this Policy. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the cookie or privacy practices of such third parties, and you are encouraged to review their respective policies before providing personal data or accepting Cookies.
