    You can either use the search bar to interact with the AI model for assistance or manually explore sections like Course Search and Educators. Each section is clearly labeled to ensure easy navigation.

    Once registered, you can explore available courses, ask questions, or enroll in courses right away.

  5. How can I update my profile information?

    Click on your name or avatar at the top right corner, then select "Edit Profile." Make your changes and save them to update your information.

Recover Account

  1. How do I recover my password if I forget it?

    Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email address, and follow the instructions sent to reset your password.

  2. What should I do if I can't access my account?

    First, try resetting your password. If the issue persists, contact Customer Support through the Help Center for assistance.

  3. Can I recover my account using my email?

    Yes, if your email address is linked to your account, you can request a password recovery link to be sent to your email.

  4. How long does the account recovery process take?

    The process usually takes just a few minutes. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours if additional support is needed.

Course Search

  1. How do I search for courses on the platform?

    Use the search bar on the homepage and enter keywords related to your desired course, such as the subject, area of study, or duration.

  2. Can I filter courses by subject or location?

    Yes, after searching, use the filters on the results page to narrow down your options by subject, location, duration, and other preferences.

  3. How do I compare different courses?

    Select the courses you wish to compare and click the Compare" button to view a side-by-side comparison of key details like fees, duration, and course structure.

  4. What should I do if I can’t find the course I’m looking for?

    Try using broader keywords or adjusting your filters. If you still can’t find the right course, contact our support team for help or alternative suggestions.

  5. How can I save courses I’m interested in?

    Click the Save" or "Favorite" icon next to a course listing. You can access your saved courses from the Saved Courses section in your profile.

Enrollment

  1. How do I enroll in online courses through the platform?

    Visit the “Online Courses” page, use the search bar or browse displayed courses, then click nroll Now" and complete the registration process.

  2. Are there any prerequisites for the online courses offered?

    Prerequisites vary by course. Check the course details page for information on any required prior knowledge, qualifications, or skills.

  3. How can I access the online course materials?

    After enrolling, you can access your course materials in the "My Courses" section of your account. Materials are available as videos, PDFs, or interactive content.

  4. Can I track my progress in an online course?

    Yes. For courses hosted on our platform, you can track your progress via your course dashboard. For affiliated courses, progress must be tracked through their respective platforms.

  5. What should I do if I face technical issues during an online course?

    First, try refreshing your browser or checking your internet connection. If issues persist, contact support through the Help Center.

Certificates

  1. Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?

    Yes, most courses offer a certificate of completion once you meet all course requirements. Check the course details to confirm if a certificate is provided.

  2. How can I download my certificate?

    Certificates are issued by the course providers. Usually, your certificate will be available for download in the "My Certificates" section of your profile.

  3. Is there a fee for obtaining a certificate?

    Some courses may offer certificates for free, while others might charge a small fee. Course details will specify any associated certificate costs.

  4. Can I share my certificate on LinkedIn, my resume, or other platforms?

    Yes, you can easily download your certificate and upload it to LinkedIn, your resume, or other professional profiles to showcase your achievement.

  5. What should I do if there’s an error on my certificate?

    If you notice any errors, contact the course provider’s support team to request corrections.

Complaints

  1. How can I submit a complaint about a course or service?

    To submit a complaint, fill out the Complaint Form with details about your issue. Our support team will review it promptly.

  2. How long does it take to resolve a complaint?

    We aim to resolve complaints within 5–7 business days. Complex cases may take longer, but we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

  3. Can I escalate my complaint if I’m not satisfied with the response?

    Yes, if you’re not satisfied with the initial resolution, you can request that your case be escalated to a supervisor under the Grievance Redressal process.

  4. What information should I provide when submitting a complaint?

    Please include as many details as possible — such as the course name, dates, screenshots, and a clear description of the issue — to help us resolve your complaint efficiently.

  5. Will my complaint affect my access to the platform?

    No. Submitting a complaint will not affect your account or course access in any way. We appreciate feedback that helps us improve!
